Terms and Conditions

1. Orders may be placed through the web site (via PayPal only), phone, fax or mail.

2. We ship within the US and it's territories excluding Hawaii and Arizona. No foreign shipments.

3. Please provide your name, full address, phone number, and email, if you have one.

4. If shipping address is different from billing address, please provide the name, full address, and phone number of recipient.

5. We accept credit card payments through our web site via PayPal ONLY. A PayPal account is not required but the option to establish an account will be offered. PayPal is one of the safest and most secure methods of shopping on the internet. You may also phone, fax, or call in your order with a credit card.

6. Orders are filled and shipped in the order received. During periods of inclement weather, shipments may be held until conditions improve.

7. Florida residents will be charged sales tax.

8. Please fill in plant code, genus, and species name when ordering.

9. Purchases paid by credit card, PayPal or money order will be processed immediately. Orders paid by personal check will have shipment held until funds clear.

10. We reserve the right to remove any offerings of sale and to limit quantities.

11. We will never share or sell your information with outside parties.

12. All orders are shipped via FedEX or USPS Priority Mail. Rates are as follows:

    $15.01 to $50.00	$14.95
    $50.01 to $150.00	$19.95
    $150.01 to $300.00	$29.95
    $300.01 and up	$39.95

    
     

13. 2nd day air or Express Mail are available upon request and will require additional shipping charges.

14. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday depending on distance and transit time.
